STANDARD CLEARNING Standard cleaning consist of 1 living room for $100, 1 kitchen any size $150, 1 bathroom any size $75 for a total of $350 Our Standard Cleaning package includes the following: 1 Living Room (1 room): $100 1 Kitchen (any size): $150 1 Bathroom (any size): $75 Total: $350 Summary of Cleaning Tasks and Services Expected: Living Room: We will declutter by removing unnecessary items, dust and wipe surfaces, and vacuum or sweep the floor. Floors will be mopped or swiffered, and windows and mirrors will be cleaned without streaks. Doorknobs, light switches, and remotes will be disinfected. We will also organize furniture and decor and replace the trash liner. Bedroom: We will declutter by putting away items that don't belong, dust and wipe surfaces, and vacuum or sweep the floor. Hard floors will be mopped or swiffered, and the bed will be straightened, pillows fluffed, and blankets arranged. Windows and mirrors will be cleaned without streaks, and doorknobs, light switches, and remotes will be disinfected. Any out-of-place items will be organized, and the trash will be replaced. Kitchen: We will declutter countertops, clean the sink and faucet, and wipe down countertops and appliances. The microwave and oven exteriors will be cleaned, and the floor will be swept or vacuumed (if vacuum is provided) and mopped, focusing on high-traffic areas. We will disinfect light switches, cabinet handles, and doorknobs. The trash will be replaced, and food, utensils, and small appliances will be organized. Bathroom: We will declutter countertops, shower ledges, and the tub area, clean the sink and faucet, and scrub the toilet, including the bowl, seat, exterior, and flush handle. The shower or tub walls, shower head, mirrors, and glass surfaces will be cleaned. The floor will be swept or vacuumed and mopped, paying attention to grout and tile. Doorknobs, light switches, and cabinet pulls will be disinfected, and the trash will be replaced.
